Girls in Traditional Dress

The English Learner (EL) Program is designed to support students whose primary language is not English. It provides specialized instruction to help students develop proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English. The program is supported in part by Title III of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), which provides federal funding to ensure English learners can achieve academic success and meet the same challenging standards as their peers.
